With Communities, Epoch customers now have a platform that integrates ERG and culture group management into one centralized system. The platform reduces the administrative burden of managing group memberships, planning events, and analyzing engagement, allowing DEIB professionals to focus on creating meaningful, inclusive environments. This addition expands on Epoch’s existing suite of tools, including Events and Insights , providing users with a data-driven view of group participation and activity.

‍Communities enables DEIB and culture leaders to easily set up and organize events, track member engagement, and monitor trends in participation, helping them make informed decisions on event planning and resource allocation. For example, a DEIB leader can identify which members of a group have the highest and lowest engagement levels and adjust programming accordingly.
