Meet the speakers:

Greg is an accomplished Project Manager with 25 years of experience incorporating technology innovation in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industries. He has led the development and implementation of complex systems on major projects globally while overseeing Hatch’s Digital Transformation initiative, Digital Project Delivery. Greg has a sharp understanding of the role technology plays in today’s accelerated environment.  He is a leader who links the roles of people, process and technology to a level where it is seamless, enabling his organization to achieve their positive change, transformation, and sustainability goals.

Matt is a Strategy Principal and lead of WongDoody’s Employee Experience Practice. In this role, he has helped many WongDoody clients across industries and geographies orchestrate their workplace transformation through a persistent focus on the employees at the center of that transformation. Matt believes that to solve a business or technology challenge you must first understand and solve the underlying human challenge, grounding the solution in humanity and empathy, which results in more effective, successful transformation.
